48 HOUR CHECKLIST
WHY IS THE 48 HOUR ASSIGNMENT SO IMPORTANT?

We would like to welcome you to our TEAM called the YOBSN Power Team team and to CONGRATULATE you for taking advantage of this “game changing business called YOBSN.
The next 24 Hours are critical for you to take off on this platform by helping you focus on the things that will get you started in your business. (i.e. getting in your back office, viewing training information). You will want to make sure that you are in close contact with your upline/mentor during this period to help you reach your first steps of success.
YOUR TEAM WILL DUPLICATE YOUR EFFORTS and THEY WILL DO EXACTLY WHAT YOU DID WHEN YOU CAME INTO THE BUSINESS. LET US LEAD BY EXAMPLE
WHAT IS YOUR WHY?
- Financial Freedom (Pay off bills, buy a home, education)
- Time Freedom (Retire, Travel, etc.)
- New Purchases (Car, home)
- Charitable Donations
To assist you to build your goals... please keep in mind that setting goals does not have a time limit, age barrier. It is about DREAMING AGAIN...
Set Your Goals:
1. Set a “target date” for you to COMPLETE YOUR GOALS.
2. You may wish to share your goals with your Upline so that they can help you work towards achieving your goals.
THINGS YOU NEED TO DO:
1. Purchase a Journal. Become a “student” of the business write down everything and take your journal with you.
Take notes, jot down ideas, if you meet a new person, have them write their contact information in your book.
2. Create your DREAM BOARD.
3. Set 30, 60, 90 Day Targets for accomplishing your Goals.
4. Break down those goals with your Upline/Mentor for each of those periods (30, 60, 90 days) and write them
5. Write out your list of people you know, that you would like share your information with.
6. Set-Up Your In-Home Office
A. Set-up a space where you can work your business.
B. You will want a space that gives you access to the telephone and internet.
C. You will be investing a significant amount of time on the telephone for both marketing and training. Now, using Skype can relieve your telephone of a significant amount of usage. You need a great headset for your computer that can accommodate Skype calls.
3 WAY CALLING –You will be most successful if you choose to utilize this tool with your Sponsor and/or anyone else in this business with whom you establish a working relationship with and with whom you trust to close your prospects.
The reason 3 Way Calls are so successful is because you get to utilize your Upline leaders for 3rd Party Validation, you can 3 way your prospects or team members into training calls or Upline calls and you get to collaborate with more than one person at a time which can be beneficial if you are speaking to family or friends who may challenge you.
VOICEMAIL– This tool is a necessity to capture messages from leads, team members, Upline who need to get in touch with you immediately.
ONLINE CHATS – With the advent of social media marketing, Chats on social sites such as: Facebook, Yahoo, Google+, Skype, etc. have minimized the expenses associated with having to use the telephone.
D. Set-up Your Tax Files
Many people are not aware that there are TAX BENEFITS for running your Home-based Business.
It is important to know though that if you are NOT in a home-based business, then it is most likely that you are leaving money on the table.
It is imperative that you talk to your tax accountant about the rules that apply in each country, state, province, etc.
Start saving all tax receipts, invoices, etc. for items such as: meals, stationery, mileage, hotel charges, fuel, car repairs, internet charges, seminars that relate to your business. If you have assigned a space in your home with dedicated square footage for your “office space”; you can now have your accountant apply this portion of space to your taxes, utilities bills, property taxes, etc. (Again, check these details with your accountant).
Remember: You must be able to prove that each of these expenses are directly related to your business and at any given time, you may be audited and asked to present such documentation. Begin your business on the right foot and take action to keep your records.
7. 48 HOURS LATER
Congratulations…. You are at the 48 Hour point with your new Business. This is where everyone panics if they have not been able to complete the above tasks and some may disappear. This is NOT the point of this checklist.
This Checklist is JUST a TOOL to give you some guidelines to get started and if you have completed, that is AWESOME. If you were unable to get to all of them, then have a conversation with your Upline/Mentor because you just need more time.
